We have a strong customer centric quality model that primarily focuses on transitioning from Inspected quality to Produced quality.
- Strategy : Work closely with the Client to understanding critical to quality parameters. Develop evaluation metrics and calibration techniques.
- Calibration: based daily and weekly calibrations done by quality analysts.
- Analysis: Calibration data is analyzed from customer impact perspective. Use defect elimination strategies to identify opportunities and prioritize them.
- Feedback: Based on the analysis necessary feedback shared with the operator.
- Testing and Training: Modules are designed for testing and training and these are conducted both at individual and
group levels.
Training Function
Learning Linked to Process
With this model, learning again takes place in the context of work. This approach is based on the fact that organizations have existing sequential business processes that they execute on a regular basis. Relevant training is delivered to mappers just in time for real-world use at each step in the process. The organization gets an enhanced execution of their business process. Mappers gain knowledge and skills to better equip them for future applications of the process. These are highly customized programs.
